Every plan includes a one-time $497 setup fee, paid when you joined, and a yearly membership from there ($497 / $997 / $1,997 depending on your tier). This is separate from what your timeshare itself costs you each year — see What I Own for what your plan is helping you cover.
Your membership never renews without your payment, and all sales are final.
