Who we are. Listing Scouts is a product of Help Equip LLC ("we," "us"). This policy covers listingscouts.com and how we handle your information.
What we collect. Information you give us directly: your name, email, and phone number when you book a call, request a guide, contact us, or apply for a role. Information collected automatically: standard website analytics such as pages visited and general location, if analytics are enabled.
How we use it. To deliver what you asked for (the guide, the call, a reply), to run the membership, to send emails you signed up for, and to improve the site. We do not sell your personal information.
Who processes it. We use trusted service providers to run the business: our CRM and booking system (LeadConnector / HighLevel), the community platform (Skool), email delivery, and website hosting (Vercel). Each processes your data only to provide its service to us.
Email. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
Text messaging (SMS). If you give us your mobile number and opt in, you agree to receive text messages from Help Equip LLC about your appointment, our services, and occasional updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, and HELP for help. SMS consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Mobile information is never shared for marketing. No mobile information will be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. The only parties that access this information are the service providers that help us operate our messaging, and they may use it solely to deliver the service on our behalf. Text messaging originator opt in data and consent are not shared with any third party except as needed to carry out the messaging service you asked for.
Retention. We keep your information while you have a relationship with us and for a reasonable period after, then delete or anonymize it.
Your choices. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information anytime by emailing hello@listingscouts.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Children. The site and community are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes. We may update this policy and will post the new version here with a new date.
